How do I implement both chat widget and online / offline icons in my website?

 

Click on tabs:

  1. Tab: Admin
  2. Tab: Code
  3.  Choose “Widget + Icon”

Optional – choose from “General Parameters”:
Website – which is the target website? Choose from the list or leave “All” for the default website.
Department – would you like the chat to go directly to a specific department? If so, choose one from the list.
Operator – would you like the chat to go directly to a specific operator? If so, choose one from the list.

Choose an icon set from the list on click on “Manage custom icons” to upload your own.

Choose “Widget” between “Bottom Left” and “Bottom Right” to best fit the chat widget on your website.

To hide the icon and/or chat widget when no operator is online, choose between the “Hide when offline” options.

Copy the block of code under “Code” and place it on your website, anywhere between the <body></body> tag, where you’d like to place the icon.
