New HelpOnClick Video Tutorials

We, at HelpOnClick are constantly working on making things better for our users. Now, we’ve improved our Help Section, by adding video tutorials for implementing some of the most used features of our software.

No matter if you are a new or more experienced HelpOnClick user, check out the Help Page to see how to implement the available live chat options (widget, icon, both the widget and the icon and also the iFrame window, direct link and monitoring tool).

In addition, you can also see how to configure your accounts for several websites, departments and operators and also, how to send your incoming chats to your cell phone via SMS.

The instructions also include tutorials on how to customize your chat, with specific pre-chat fields, to gather user information, how to personalize your online/offline icon and chat texts; but also, how to add your social network pages to your chat, so that visitors can follow you on every social network. You can implement a Like button for Facebook, a Follow on Twitter button, and also a +1 button for Google.

But besides that, our Help Section contains many other tips and tricks to make your live chat even better.

If you have any questions, suggestions or feedback, feel free to post a comment below or chat with us anytime.
