Forward HelpOnClick transcript emails to your HelpOnClick help desk

On your HelpOnClick help desk, go to Administrator->Settings

Identify your help desk email address

On your HelpOnClick live chat console, go to Admin->Settings

Under “Email to collect left messages”, enter the your HelpOnClick email address

Tick “Automatically send all transcripts to this email” and hit “Save”
