Step 1: Login to your Highrise account and click on Account and Settings near the top right corner of the screen. Select My Info.
Step 2: Scroll down to where you can see the header Your Personal Email Dropbox, and copy the email address that’s listed there. This email is essential for the Highrise CRM chat integration.
Step 3: Switch over to HelpOnClick and login to your account. Click on Admin and then select Settings.
Step 4: Scroll down to the empty box labeled Email to Collect Left Messages. Paste the Highrise email in this box and click Save. Your Highrise CRM chat software should now be active!
