Please note that due to the nature of the Wix website creator, the floating widget is not an option. Only the Chat icon is possible.
Login to Wix admin. From the left toolbar, click on the App Market icon.
Search for “HTML” in the search box.
Find the HTML iFrame/Embed app and click on Add to site.
From the HTML Settings window, under Mode, click the drop-down list and select HTML code. Under HTML/embed code, paste your HTML code.
You can find the code in your Operator Panel >> Admin >> Code >> Icon.
Choose if you want the icon to appear on all the pages by selecting the field Show on all pages. Then drag the box with the icon on the desired place of your website.
You are all done. Once you publish your website, you will have the Chat icon on it.
