Pinnacle Live Chat Integration

Pinnacle is one of the more popular eCommerce tools, promising to help you “build the perfect store” and increase your sales and conversions. One of the best ways to do this is by adding Pinnacle live chat from HelpOnClick. With this handy guide, you’ll have your live chat up and running in mere minutes.

Step 1: After you’ve subscribed and set up your HelpOnClick account, go to Admin and select Code. From there, scroll down and copy the HTML code.

Step 2: Switch over to Pinnacle and go to your dashboard. From there, click on Cart Settings and then choose Appearance and Content. Once you’ve done this, click Activate Cart Designer.

Step 3: This should change your store to “Design Mode.” On this page, find the Footer section and select it, then click Edit Source Code.

Step 4: Find the HTML editor, scroll to the end of it, and paste the code for HelpOnClick’s Pinnacle live chat software.

Step 5: Simply click Save and the installation is complete. Thankfully, we’ve designed our chat tool to be not only easy to install, but also easy to use!
