Forward HelpOnClick transcript emails to your Freshdesk help desk
On your HelpOnClick console, go to Admin->Settings.
Under “Email to collect left messages”, enter your Freshdesk email address.
Tick “Automatically send all transcripts to this email” and hit “Save”.
