Step 1: While in your HelpOnClick console, go to Admin and select Code. Scroll down to the HTML code and copy it.
Step 2: Next, you’ll need to log in to your 3dcart admin account. Go to the Settings, click on Design, and then select Header and Footer.
Step 3: Scroll down to the section labeled Global Footer. Paste the code for your 3D Cart live chat in the space and ensure that “Enabled” is checked.
After this is done, your live chat system should be up and running with no issues. Once you’ve got it working, it’s time to start connecting with your clients. Be prepared to answer any questions they might have about your products or your company. We recommend treating the live chats like you’re speaking to them in person, in your store.
