Do I have to enter my credit card number?

No, payment information is not needed while setting up a free trial account. You are free of any obligations while on a trial account. Your credit card information will be required only when you BUY the full version.

What are the system requirements?

There are no system requirements. All you need is an internet connection and a browser. Anyone can use it from anywhere in the world.

Do I need to sign a contract?

We do not bind you to any long-term contracts. You decide when to cancel the service. We hope for the long-term mutually beneficial cooperation with you though.

Are there hidden costs?

How will I be billed?

HelpOnClick bills customers automatically, once a subscription is created upon the first payment. The customer is charged every month, quarter or year, depending on the subscription type.

Do you provide the source code or a downloadable version to install on my own server?

The HelpOnClick help desk software is provided as a service and does not include any downloadable version or the source code. However, if you are looking for a downloadable self-hosted software, check out our partner software.
