Do I have to enter my credit card number?
No, payment information is not needed while setting up a free trial account. You are free of any obligations while on a trial account. Your credit card information will be required only when you buy the full version.
Do I need to sign a contract?
We do not bind you to any long-term contracts. You decide when to cancel the service. We hope for the long-term mutually beneficial cooperation with you though.
How will I be billed?
HelpOnClick bills customers automatically, once a subscription is created upon the first payment. The customer is then applied a recurring charge every month, quarter or year, depending on the subscription type.
Do you provide the source code or a downloadable version to install on my own server?
HelpOnClick live chat software is provided as a service and does not include any downloadable version or the source code. It is subscription based software as a service, hosted on our servers.
What is included?
By default, you can use the chat on up to 5 different websites and create unlimited departments. You can add more websites at any time.
What are the system requirements?
There are no system requirements. All you need is an internet connection and a browser. Anyone can use it from anywhere in the world. You can use our web-based operator panel or download our system tray application.

How do I integrate it into my website?

Does HelpOnClick come with a ticketing system?
HelpOnClick live chat is software that is specifically dedicated to Live Chat Support. However we offer Help Desk software which is a very powerful and easy-to-use ticketing system that can be purchased separately. For other systems we provide a possibility to send chat transcripts to any help desk software.
