Implement a Chat text link in your email message
In your Operator Panel, click on Admin >> Code >> Direct link and copy the Direct link given to you.
When composing a new email, click the Link icon (Ctrl+K), below your Gmail text editor.
Select “Web address” and paste the copied URL into the “To what URL should this link go?” field. Choose the “Text to display” and click OK. You can also test the link before saving – you should see the chat window.
Once this is done, a link will be inserted into your email, like below.
The link will lead directly to the Chat window.
