How to setup Operators

Click on tabs:
1. Tab: Admin
2. Tab: Setup
3. Choose “Operators”
To add a new operator, click on “Add”.
To edit existing operator, double click on any one of the fields.

How to setup Operators for live chat - HelpOnClick

Fields explained:
Nickname – this nickname will be used and seen by the visitors while chatting.
Real Name – real name, will be seen by other operators.
Language – user interface language for this operator. Double click to choose from existing language packs.
Email – email address.
Password – password.
Access – is this an “administrator” or an “operator”? Double click to choose.
Departments – the departments that this operator is assigned to. Double click to choose from existing departments.
