Our pricing options are simple and affordable for any company or organization. If you’re paying annually (our most affordable option) the live chat, Starter Pack is just $7.20/month per user. It gives support for 100 chats a month, 5 departments, 1 user, and no Virtual Assistant. For $11.40/month per user you can get the Advanced version which gives you unlimited chats, unlimited departments, use on 5 websites, and the Virtual Assistant. Do I have to be tech-savvy?

How do I access the program to chat with visitors?

The software can be used on Windows, OS, Android, and iOS. Additionally, there is a configuration for several different browsers including Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. The app gives you the mobility to chat with customers no matter where you are.

What if I’m not sure about purchasing yet?
