To find your ZohoCRM email address
- Log into your ZOHO account
- You need the ZOHO Mail Add-On configured. To configure the Add-On, follow this tutorial for more information
- The email address you configure within ZOHO Mail Account will be the one to add to HelpOnClick
Forward HelpOnClick transcript emails to ZohoCRM
- On your HelpOnClick console, go to Admin->Settings
- Under "Email to collect left messages", paste your Zoho email address
- Tick "Automatically send all transcripts to this email" and hit "Save"

- Now the chats should appear in your CRM as a lead or contact, depending on your setup
