To find your ZohoCRM email address

  • Log into your ZOHO account

  • You need the ZOHO Mail Add-On configured. To configure the Add-On, follow this tutorial for more information

  • The email address you configure within ZOHO Mail Account will be the one to add to HelpOnClick



Forward HelpOnClick transcript emails to ZohoCRM

  • On your HelpOnClick console, go to Admin->Settings

  • Under "Email to collect left messages", paste your Zoho email address

  • Tick "Automatically send all transcripts to this email" and hit "Save"



  • Now the chats should appear in your CRM as a lead or contact, depending on your setup
