How to setup Departments

Click on tabs:
1. Tab: Admin
2. Tab: Setup
3. Choose “Departments”
To add a new department, click on “Add”.
To edit existing department, double click on any one of the fields.

Fields explained:
Title – name for the department, for example: Sales
Websites – the websites that this departments is assigned to. Double click to choose from existing websites.
Operators – operators assigned to this department. Double click to choose from existing operators.
