    The software's license is for one website. However, if you have similar websites (same content and company logo), you can use one account on those. The same is for several domains pointing to the same website.

    The software was tested on several version of Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator, firefox & Mozilla, which make over 95% of all surfers.

    Can I track my visitors activity?
    Yes! You can see which pages the visitor visited, when he did, where he came from. Also, his environment data is accessable to you: his browser, OS, screen resolution & IP address. You can invite him to conversation after "following" him across your website and seeing his interests.

    Yes! You can customize almost everything: visitor's chat window, support icon, invitation window & more.

    How often do you release new upgrades?
    We are doing our best to make our customers happy, so we're always working on upgrades and adding new features to our software. There is no predefined schedule for upgrades, the average is once a month.

    Yes! On your account manager panel you can find secured link for pasting into secured pages.

    What if i only want to use text as a link instead of a support icon?
    No problem. On your account manager panel, go to "Text/HTML links". There you can set your text or HTML link instead of an image icon.

    I lost my account manager login and password. How can I retrieve it?
    You'll need to go to the login page (the link in on every page bottom), enter your username and press on "Password Retreiver" button. This will email you the login details. If you forgot you username as well, please contact us.

    What about security? How secured are your servers?
    With state-of-the-art monitoring and security systems, our facility provides the highest uptime possible by diligently monitoring all power systems, HVAC, network connectivity, fire control, and access technology. The physical access to the machine is tightly controlled. A 24 hour guard is posted at the entrance to the data center as well as the building where the datacenter is located. Only authorized personnel are allowed to enter the building. To gain entrance to the server room, a passkey and visual recognition must be passed. All of our servers are in our own locked cages. Electronic access is controlled through the security scheme of the operating system and application software components.

    The software wasn't tested on Macintosh machine and currently doesn't support it although we know it does work on Mac.

    That depends. Websites with over 200,000 impressions a month are up to additional fees. Those fees will be set after reviewal.
